The Tektronix 067-0542-99 calibration fixture is an amplitude-controlled sine wave generator for scope calibration. Early versions are just called Sine Wave Generator. It covers the frequency range from 1 Hz to 1 MHz and can produce output voltages in ranges from 20 mV_p-p to 100 V_p-p.
