The Tektronix 067-1137-99 is a GPIB to accessory controller plug-in for the TM500 system.

It connects to a non-programmable 492 series spectrum analyzer through the analyzer's accessory connector, disables the analyzer's internal processor, and substitutes this with its own CPU and GPIB interface. The 067-1137-99 can emulate a 492P or 496P instrument, with corresponding ROM sets selected by a front-panel switch. It contains a Motorola 6802 microprocessor, 6821 PIA, TMS9914 GPIB controller, 44K ROM and 3K RAM. It was used in production and maintenance to perform automatic GPIB controlled testing and alignment of non-programmable (non P) 49X instruments. The instrument came with a tape for 4050-series computers.
