The 1980 Tektronix Calibration Fixtures Catalog describes the 067-0569-00 as

An adjustable attenuator capable of attenuating a sweep sawtooth waveform to one volt amplitude.
Usable in calibration of storage monitors, such as Type 601, 611 and display monitor Type 602.
