The 513 was first introduced with the 5XP CRT from DuMont was replaced after SN 1887 with the first Tektronix made CRT, the T51. This is the same CRT used in the Type 531 and 535 oscilloscopes. What support (e.g., documents) do we have for the sentence, "531s with below S/N 7950 have DuMont 5BGP2 instead of Tektronix T533P2." Did 531s ever ship with DuMont CRTs in them? I can't find any evidence of this. 07:02, 31 May 2020 (PDT)
