The Tektronix 011-0021-00 (011-021) is an input RC standardizer with UHF connectors for calibrating instruments with 1 MΩ // 47 pF inputs. It must be attached directly to the instrument's input connector.

The 011-0022-00 is the same for 20 pF inputs.
