The Tektronix 152-0177-00 (P/N 152-0177-00, 152-0177-01, 152-0177-02) is a 10 mA germanium tunnel diode with 4.7 pF maximum capacitance in a DO-17 package.
It is used in the 7S14/5S14N and the 7T11A. Subsequent versions (generally with better specs) were the 152-0177-01 and 152-0177-02.
The 1S1, 1S2, and 5T3 contain TD253B diodes and those instruments' manuals refer to those TD253B diodes as 152-0177-00.
The 5T3 uses a selected TD253B which has Tek part number 153-0020-00. That is D135, the "recognition tunnel diode" in the trigger circuit.
