The Tektronix 2402(A) Tekmate is a portable PC with a GPIB interface deigned to mount on top of a 2400-series scope.

The original 2402, introduced in 1989, has an Intel 80186 CPU, an 8-bit ISA bus riser card, and a National Instruments GPIB card.

The Tektronix 2402A Tekmate, introduced in 1991, is a 16 MHz 80C286-based, IBM AT compatible PC with a GPIB interface and two (three) 8-bit ISA bus slots, and a National Instruments GPIB card. It came with 1 MB RAM and two 3.5" Floppy disks, but no video card.

Options on the 2402A included an 80287 math coprocessor, an extra 1 MB RAM, a 44 MB SCSI hard disk instead of the second Floppy drive, and CGA or EGA Connector display adapters.
