2600 Series plug-in interface

The card-edge connector for 2600 series instruments provides three semi-regulated supply voltages to plugins, and 10 standardized input and output pins. Inputs to plugins are labeled 1-10, while outputs are labeled A-K. These pins are routed to the 2601 interconnection board.

The 2601 backplane does not connect to any pins above pin 17, however when using 2600 series plugins with a 013-0115-00 adapter in a Tektronix 7000 series oscilloscope mainframe the +5 V and ±15 V supplies of the 7k mainframe will be used instead of internal regulators in the plugins. To achieve this, there are dedicated disabling lines and voltage input rails provided on pins 18-21.
