The 92DM31 is a Motorola 68020 support package for the DAS9200 logic analyzer. The package consists of a 68020 Probe Adapter, disassembly software, and documentation.

When used with an analyzer equipped with the 92A90 acquisition set, the 92A90 Retargetable Buffer Probe is installed between the analyzer and the Probe Adapter.

When used with an analyzer equipped with the 92A96 acquisition set, the 90 Channel Microprocessor Interface is installed between the analyzer and the Probe Adapter instead.
