DuMont Laboratories (→ WikiData), founded in 1931 by inventor Allen B. DuMont in in Upper Montclair, NJ, was a manufacturer of CRTs, oscilloscopes and TV equipment, and an early TV network operator.
Tektronix used DuMont CRTs such as the 3WP and 5XP series in their early products, before building up their own CRT manufacturing capacity.
