The Tektronix L1-GC is a frontend module for the 7L5 spectrum analyzer that was advertised in the 1979 and 1980 Tek catalogs. Besides the regular 20 Hz − 5 MHz frequency range it covers the standard IF frequencies of 21.4 MHz and 10.7 MHz.
The ordering information in the catalogs does not list a price for these units, so it is unclear if they were ever produced.
