The Tektronix P6013A is a 1000× high-voltage oscilloscope probe, an update of the earlier P6013. The probe cable has been made detachable from the probe body with a BNC connector. The compensation circuit has been modified: the toroid in the compensation box has been omitted. For the 10' cable version it is replaced with a 150Ω resistor, the 1kΩ resistor in the probe body changed to 910Ω. The 25' cable version has a modified compensation circuit, due to the longer cable.
