The Tektronix P6464 is an 8-channel TTL/ECL pattern generator probe for the DAS9100 and DAS9200 (?) logic analyzers. It interfaces to 92S16/92S32 cards, and supplies nine DNRZ data channels, and one clock channel. (The P6465 is the same with eight DNRZ channels, one R1/RZ strobe channel with programmable pulse width and delay, and one clock.)

Each output consists of an active pin driver (podlet) at the end of an individual flex cable.

Supply voltage	4.8 to 5.2 V between VH and VL @ 85 mA, VL between −5.5V and +0.3V with respect to instrument ground.
