RCA 1802
The RCA 1802 is an 8-bit microprocessor monolithic integrated circuit introduced in 1974.
It was also known as "COSMAC" (Complementary Symmetry Monolithic Array Computer) and is notable as the first CMOS microprocessor.
Radiation-hardened versions were available that enabled space applications, e.g. in the Galileo Jupiter probe launched in 1989.
