The Sony/Tektronix RTD710 is a digitizer with a vertical bandwidth of 100 MHz and a maximum sample rate of 200 Ms/s. Vertical resolution is 10 bits.

The waveform is stored in RAM, which is organized as 256K words of 10 bits. The 9503 or 9504 Fast Data Cache can be used to expand storage.

The RTD710 can be configured for having the trigger event at the beginning or at the end of the acquisition window, or anywhere in between.
