The Tektronix TPP0100 is a 100 MHz, 10× passive voltage probe with 10 MΩ input resistance compatible with 1 MΩ input scopes.

The Tektronix TPP0101 is identical except for compensation range of 15 pF to 25 pF to match 20 pF scope inputs.
