The Tektronix TPP0200 is a 200 MHz, 10× passive voltage probe with 10 MΩ // 12 pF input compatible with scopes having 1 MΩ // 13 pF inputs.

The Tektronix TPP0201 is identical except for compensation range of 15 pF to 25 pF to match 1 MΩ // 20 pF scope inputs.
