Walter Lowy (? – ?) was a technician in Charlie Rhodes' TV group.

According to Dan Denham, he was in a small group in 1964 working on a new storage tube product destined to become the 611.

On the event of his receiving a 20-year award in 1975, Tekweek 1975-09-19 says he worked in SPS Engineering Systems then, and had worked in Television Engineering before.
