(151-0188-00 vs 151-0220-00): The 2N3906 does have some minor differences which will affect circuit performance in only the most stringent applications. The major difference is the gain-bandwith products. The 151-0188-00 is a 250 MHz part where the -0220- is a 600 MHz part.
