The Tektronix 155-0017-00 (M025) is a Tek-made 5 MHz decade counter chip in a 16-pin DIP, designed by Barrie Gilbert.

It is a 10-stage ring counter with open-collector power output drivers that is used in the 7000 series readout system to drive the TS-1 to TS-10 time-slot pulse lines controlling the plug-in readout circuits.
