The Tektronix 067-0625-00 is a peak-to-peak detector designed to measure the output voltage flatness of constant amplitude signal generators in the 50 Hz to 500 MHz range. The input amplitude should be 1.2 Vp-p.
The input is a GR-874 connector terminated in 50 Ω.
There are two outputs, one for the positive peak voltage and one for the negative peak voltage. The outputs are BNC females, intended for connection to high-impedance low-frequency instrumentation.
Up to serial number B003240, the 067-0625-00 used 1.35 V mercury batteries for biasing the detector diodes. Starting at serial number B003241, 1.5 V alkaline batteries were used.
