The 6201  (European: E81CC) is a dual high-gain triode vacuum tube with a B9A (Noval) miniature 9-pin base.

It is a high-reliability version of the 12AT7 (ECC81).

A 6201 is used as the variable reactance tube for the VCO in Nelson-Ross spectrum analyzer plug-ins such as the Nelson-Ross PSA-011.
