Tektronix part number 151-103 (151-0103-00) is 2N2219 Si-NPN transistor in a TO-39 case (60 V, 800 mA, 800 mW, 250 MHz).
It is used in the trigger amplifier of the 4S1 before serial number 1350, and as a pass transistor regulating the pulse generator supply in the 1M1 (Q33).
