The Tektronix 067-0804-00 is a test fixture for performing a functional check on the DF1 display formatter.
For tests through the analyzer's inputs, it contains an 8-bit binary counter run at a 1 kHz clock rate with outputs to test points.
It also interfaces the DF1/DF2 to a 067-0746-00 System Test Fixture.
