The Tektronix 067-0938-00 is a passive notch filter plug-in for the TM500 system.
It is used for measuring the distortion (spectral impurity) of an oscillator by eliminating the fundamental frequency of the oscillator (primarily the SG505), so the residual harmonics can be measured.
