The Tektronix A6501 is a FET-input buffer amplifier on a thick-film hybrid module.
It has a DC to 1 GHz bandwidth, and ×10 voltage attenuation when driving a 50 Ω impedance.
The amplifier is designed for custom placement on a probe card or test fixture. The input signal is connected via a solder pad, the output via a Peltola connector.
