The Tektronix TCPA400 is an amplifier for the TCP404XL 500/750 A, 2 MHz AC/DC current probe.
It has a Tekprobe BNC connector for connecting to a scope input through an included Tekprobe/Tekprobe cable (giving correctly scaled readout), or by BNC cable to a generic 50 Ω scope input. The TCPA400 was designed by Mike Mende.
