I fixed it myself when I discovered that I forgot to give a document description to the right of the filename. | |||

Still not sure what is causing TDS3054_3.jpg, TDS3054_4.jpg, and TDS3054_5.jpg to not show up. It doesn't appear there were any errors or warnings right after uploading the files and they look fine in the File List (http://w140.com/tekwiki/wiki/Special:ListFiles?limit=50&ilsearch=&user=). | |||
