The Interad 7121R is a VHF/UHF Spectrum Receiver made by Interad Ltd based on a modified Tektronix 5111 storage scope, with an application-specific plug-in.
This system was a Spectrum Surveillance system used by spooks to monitor and intercept RF emissions back in the good ol' Cold War days. The unit in question is early '70's vintage.
