The Tektronix Type 60 is a 1 MHz amplifier plug-in for 560-series scopes. It was introduced in 1961.
It has a sensitivity switch with four calibrated positions: 0.05 V/div, 0.5 V/div, 5 V/div, and 50 V/div. The input impedance is 1 megohm in parallel with 47 pF. The input connector is a UHF connector.
