The Tektronix T922R is a 15 MHz dual channel analog scope from the 900 series. It is the rack-mount version of the T922.
It uses the 154-0729-00 CRT.
The T922R was extremely popular with oilfield wireline companies. The instrument was mounted in oil exploration trucks, which is a good indication of how rugged they were.
