The Tektronix TDS524 is a digital storage scope with a CRT based raster display. It has 2 full featured and 2 limited inputs and an output for an external VGA display.
The TDS524A model has a color LCD shutter in front of the CRT.
Analog bandwidth is 500 MHz, sample rate 500 MHz. Resolution is 8 bits, 15,000 samples.
