Template:Plugin Sidebar 2 The Tektronix 1L30 is a 10.5 GHz spectrum analyzer plug-in for 500-series scopes. It covers the frequency range from 1 GHz to 10.4 GHz.
The 1L30 was originally the third-party Pentrix L-30. The model number was changed some time after Tektronix took over Pentrix in 1964.
