The "7V10" is a 7000-series plug-in designed and built by Dennis Tillman. It provides digital panel readout of the power rail voltages of the mainframe. It also provides, via a front panel BNC, a sample of one of the rail voltages (selectable). This allows for convenient diagnosis of noisy power supply rails.
