The ZZ1000 is an 81 V gas-filled voltage reference tube. It is specified for a "preferred" operating current of 3.2 mA.
A ZZ1000 is used in the delayed trigger circuit of the 3B1, with an operating current of about 3.65 mA. A ZZ1000 is the voltage reference for the 129.
