The 155-0188-00 (M192) is a Tek-made TV sync generator integrated circuit in a 40-pin DIP, designed by Don Larson.
It can be programmed for NTSC, PAL, or PAL-M timing standards. Outputs include sync signals required for television broadcasting, timing for various test signals, and a synchronous counter chain from 65H to H. All outputs are derived from a 5 MHz input clock.
