The Tektronix 067-0513-00 is a tunnel diode pulse generator that puts out a 400 mV pulse with 30 ps rise time.
It runs off a pair of 22.5 V batteries and provides a pretrigger output and a main pulse output, both of which use GR-874 connectors.
The active element is a 100 mA, 6 pF tunnel diode, the 152-0254-01.
