The Tektronix 119-2000-0x attenuator module is used in the 11A32 and 11A34 plug-ins. The input is a Tekprobe BNC connector. The attenuator module provides a 50 Ω input termination resistor that can be selected by software/relay, switchable ac or dc coupling and contains two relay actuated 10× attenuators and a 165-2073-00 buffer amplifier providing 50 Ω output impedance.
