The Tektronix DAC850E is an 8-bit, 50 MHz digital-to-analog converter.
The digital input uses ECL logic levels and 100 Ω differential impedance. The voltage output has a 75 Ω controlled impedance.
The DAC IC used in the DAC850E is the 155-0169-00.
