The Intersil ICL8052/71C03/7104 is a 4½ digit A/D converter monolithic integrated circuit chip set from the mid-1970s.
The ICL8052A/ICL8068A is the reference and integrator (analog) section. The digital section includes analog switches – the ICL7103 (71C03) is a 4½-digit meter with multiplexed digit outputs, the ICL7104 has a 12- or 14-bit parallel output.
