The Tekprobe SMA interface was used in 1990s Tektronix equipment, e.g. the TDS820 series, to interface active probes (e.g. the P6207) to oscilloscopes.
It uses an SMA connector for the signal and a separate multi-pin connector for probe power, identification and control.
A similar standard exists based on BNC connectors.
