The 1X2 aka DY80 is a high-voltage rectifier tube with a maximum inverse voltage of 15 kV and a maximum forward current of 1 mA. The filament operates on 1.25 V, 200 mA.

The 1X2 tube is used in the 565, 507, and 517.
