The Tekprobe SMA interface was used in 1990s Tektronix equipment, e.g. the TDS820 series, to interface active probes (e.g. the P6207) to high-bandwidth oscilloscopes.
It uses an SMA connector for the signal and a separate multi-pin connector for probe power, identification and control.
A similar standard exists based on BNC connectors.
