The Tektronix P6040/CT-1 is a 35 kHz−1 GHz current probe intended for sampling scopes.

The P6040 is an 18-in 50 Ω cable with a GR-874 connector for the scope end (e.g. S-1, 3S6) and an SMB connector on the other end to connect to one of possibly several CT-1 transformers installed in a circuit to be tested.
