The Tektronix 4016 is a graphics terminal from the 4010 family which based on a 25" direct-view storage tube displaying vectors.
The 4016 has 4k×4k addressable points (4096×3120 viewable).
Other members of the 4010 family include the eponymous 11-inch 4010 (1972) and the 19-inch 4014 (1974).
