The Kay Visi-Pitch 6087 is a clinical instrument for speech-language pathologists, designed to to analyze speech and voice characteristics. It consists of a Tektronix 5111 storage scope with a custom triple-width plug-in. It was made by company Kay Elemetrics.
The Visi-Pitch extracts and displays the fundamental frequency (from 50 to 1600 Hz) and the amplitude envelope of an audio (voice) signal, and can present pitch and amplitude simultaneously or independently on the display screen.
