The Tektronix CPS250 is a triple bench power supply.
It has one fixed 5 V, 2 A output and two variable 0 to 20 V, 0.5 A outputs. it features two switchable analog meters and variable current limiting.
It is a linear variable design. Regulation is accomplished using one LM723 voltage regulator IC per output. The pass transistors are BJTs.
