The Tektronix P6149 is a 50 MHz, ×10, passive, miniature modular probe The impedance at the tip is 10 MΩ in parallel with 15.5 pF.
The probe connects to the oscilloscope with a BNC connector, and the compensation range is 20 pF to 62 pF.
The maximum input voltage is 500 V at DC, decreasing to about 25 V at 50 MHz.
