The Tektronix VM700 series are SD video measurement sets from the early 1990s that combine the functions of a waveform monitor, vectorscope, automatic measurement set, and noise measurement set.
Option 01 implements the NTSC standard, option 11 is for PAL. Both can be present. Option 48 adds the 671-2337-00 GPIB interface board.
