The 0D3 (European: 150C3) (P/N 154-0003-00) is a 153 V voltage reference tube with an octal base. It is used in the 511, 513 and 514.
Note: The designation is 0D3, the leading zero indicating a tube without a heater, although this is often mis-printed as OD3.
